Q: How much is delivery?

A: Delivery to anywhere in the UK is £3.99 and for orders over £50, delivery to anywhere is the UK is absolutely FREE. 

Delivery to any country in Europe (excluding the UK) is £5.95. For orders over £50, delivery to ANYWHERE in Europe is absolutely FREE. 

Delivery to the rest of the world including USA and Canada is £8.05.

Q: When will my order be dispatched?

A: Please allow 1-2 working days for dispatch.

Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

A: The expected delivery time for a standard order being shipped to a UK address is 2-5 working days. The shipping time for orders outside of the UK will vary depending on the location (typically 5-10 days.) Please contact for further details or if you need your item sooner.

Q: What is the Returns/Exchange Policy?

A: Exchanging an item? No problem, as long as it is in the same condition as purchased, unworn and undamaged within 14 days. 
Note: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

A: Returning items must be within 10 days of purchasing the product. The item must be unworn, undamaged and in the condition it was purchased. Refunds will be for the cost of the items returned and will not include original shipping costs. The cost of sending items for returns or exchange is the responsibility of the customer.

AWOKEN reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not resalable – your statutory rights are not affected. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged/ faulty please contact us at contact@awoken-clothing.co.uk upon receiving the item and provide us with detailed images of the damage/fault. We will make every effort to rectify this for you. 

Sale items are non-returnable.
