Q: How much is delivery?
A: Delivery to anywhere in the UK is £3.99 and for orders over £50, delivery to anywhere is the UK is absolutely FREE.
Delivery to any country in Europe (excluding the UK) is £4.95 and for orders over £50, delivery to anywhere is Europe is absolutely FREE.
Delivery to the rest of the world including USA and Canada is £8.05 and for orders over £50.
Q: When will my order be dispatched?
A: Please allow 1-2 working days for dispatch.
Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
A: The expected delivery time for a standard order being shipped to a UK address is 2-5 working days. The shipping time for orders outside of the UK will vary depending on the location. Please contact for further details or if you need your item sooner.
Q: What will happen if I’m not in when you deliver my order?
A: The carrier will leave a card informing you that the delivery has been attempted. On this card will be instructions as to how to obtain your order.
Q: As a non-UK resident, do I have pay import charges?
A: Any customs or import duties are calculated once the package reaches its destination country. These charges are not controlled by Awoken and vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.

Q. Are Awoken products vegan friendly?
Certainly. All products are 100% animal and cruelty free.
Q. Where are your products made?
All items are ethically hand made in Birmingham, UK in our own studio. Where any fabrics / materials are sourced we make sure they are WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) certified. Q: Are my personal and card details processed securely?
A: Awoken is a legal and registered company. When you make a purchase with us, both your personal and card details are processed using the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts your data and ensures that nobody can read the information being sent between your computer and our website. When you enter the SSL enabled area of the website you will see a padlock at the bottom of your web browser and this means that the information you enter is protected.
Q: What is Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode?
A: Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode are services for Visa and MasterCard cardholders which provide a more secure shopping experience. The system requires the cardholder to provide a personal password when paying with their card online in much the same way as they would provide a PIN when making purchases on the High Street. Q: What is the Returns/Exchange Policy?
A: Exchanging an item? No problem, as long as it is in the same condition it was purchased in, unworn and not damaged.
Note: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Returning items must be within 10 days of purchasing the product. The item needs to be unworn, undamaged and in the condition it was purchased. Refunds will be for the cost of the items returned and will not include original shipping costs. The cost of sending items for returns or exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
AWOKEN reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not resalable – your statutory rights are not affected. If an item is damaged/ faulty you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org upon receiving the item and provide us with detailed images of the damage/fault immediately.
Sale items are non-returnable.
